ADMISSION PROCESS

The Process of Obtaining the F-1 Visa

Step 1:
After contacting our expert consultants in Visa Match, the applicant completes the company’s questionnaire. This form is then assessed by our team of student visa consultants and the result is reported to the student. Meanwhile, the applicant receives information about selecting his place of study from the consultants, which is then followed by signing a contract and paying the initial fee to Visa Match to set the student visa process in motion.

study2Step 2:
Student visa applicants need to prepare and submit the necessary documents to Visa Match to be sent to the target university. The team of Visa Match professional consultants, after completing and reviewing the documents requested by the university, check all the points with the applicant in a meeting and then send the documents to the target university.

Step 3:
Upon receipt of Form I-20 (this is a form sent by school or university which confirm that applicant has been accepted at an institution, authorized by the USCIS to enroll nonimmigrant students.) from the target university, the applicant is notified and after making the second payment to Visa Match, his case is sent to the immigration unit to be handled by the Visa Match immigration lawyer, who takes the necessary steps to complete the relevant forms. At this step, our consultants educate the applicant for the necessary interview skills.

WHAT IS I-20

I-20 Form is the official government document which certifies that a person is eligible to apply for an F or M student visa. This form is not automatically generated for non-immigrants. It is issued to students who are willing to attend an academic program or English Language Program. It is issued once students are accepted to a full-time program and show that they have enough financial resources to cover one year of academic study. I-20 is then used to apply for an F-1 visa at a United States Embassy or Consulate in your home country.
The students must be enrolled in a program or course of study that culminates in a degree, diploma, or certificate, and the school must be authorized by the U.S. government to accept international students.
They are required to obtain student admission from the target university, approved by in compliance with the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (“SEVIS”).
